1st Day: Guwahati Railway Station / Airport – Shillong

Distance: 100 km (approx) 

Journey Time: 3 hrs (approx)

Enroute Sightseeing:

  • Umiam Lake: Umiam Lake or Bara Pani is one of the biggest artificial lakes in Meghalaya. The surrounding Sylvan Hills and green Khasi pines add to the majesty of this vast lake. It created when the Umiam river dammed to store water for hydroelectric power generation. It is also known for water sports and adventure facilities.

Overnight stay at Shillong.

2nd Day: Excursion to Cherrapunjee
  • Elephanta Falls: A beautiful two-fold cascading falls in East Khasi Hills of Upper Shillong.                        
  • Shillong Peak: The highest point of Shillong at 1970 m from Sea level offers a breathtaking panoramic view of Shillong city.
  • Mawdok Valley: Mowdok Valley is must view spot for tourist is covered with lush and very diverse forest, containing numerous different species of plants.
  • Noh Ka Likai Falls: Located in Cherrapunjee Noh Ka Likai is the tallest waterfall in India with 1115 feet.
  • Seven Sister Waterfalls: Known as Nohsngithiang Falls, or Mawsmai falls a seven-layered waterfall the beauty of this fall lies in its height and width.
  • Mawsmai Cave: Mawsmai Cave is one of the famous and amazing caves of Meghalaya. This cave is fully lighted and is always open for tourists. 
  • Eco Park: This beautiful park of Meghalaya on the top of Plateaus, State Agri Horticulture maintains this park and has donated many orchids in Green House. This park also has a clean water stream which increases the beauty of this landscape.

3rd Day: Excursion to Mawlynnong & Dawki
  • Mawlynnong Village: Along Indo-Bangla Border 90 km from Shillong this is one of the cleanest villages of East Khasi Hills, Meghalaya.

  • Dawki: Dawki is a small border township. Dawki has the cleanest river in India. you can swim and do scuba Diving. There are lots of places in and around Dwaki town to visit. One of which is the village of Mawlynnong, many people, consider this village as the cleanest village in Asia.

4th Day: Shillong – Kaziranga

5th Day: Kaziranga National Park

Situated in the Assam state of India, is a UNESCO world heritage sites of India and known for Great Indian one-horned Rhinoceros. Ganges River dolphins swim in the park’s waters. Many rare migratory birds visit it, and grey pelicans roost near Kaziranga village.

  • Jungle Safari: You can enjoy the safari of the Kaziranga forest by Jeep, accompanied by a guide. During Jeep Safari, which is a beautiful ride through which one can explore tigers, one-horned rhinoceros, wild buffaloes, elephants, the herd of deer, Pythons, and many other mammals & birds as well.

6th Day: Kaziranga – Bhalukpong

7th Day: Bhalukpong – Bomdila

Enroute Sightseeing:

  • Sela Pass: At an elevation of 13700 ft Sela Pass is a very high altitude (one of its kind) mountain pass between Tamang and west kameng District in Arunachal Pradesh.
  • Jaswant Garh War Memorial: This place was Built-in memory of the war hero of Indo china war Jaswant Singh Rawat. The post which Rifleman Rawat was holding during the war and renamed as Jaswant Garh.

9th Day: Tawang Sightseeing 
  • Tawang Monastery: Tawang Monastery is the largest monastery in India and has a position as second largest in the world situated in the valley of the Tawang river.
  • War Memorial: A great stupa has been built in memory of Indian soldiers who sacrificed their lives in the line of duty in the 1962 India China War.
  • PT Tso Lake: At a distance of merely 20 km Pankang Teng Tso lake is one of the beautiful lakes of India at the height of 12000 ft in the great Himalaya.
  • Singar Ani Gompa: Located at a distance of 5 km from Tawang on top of a hilltop You can find this nunnery in a backdrop of beautiful mountains.

10th Day:  Tawang – Dirang

Distance Covered: 145 km (approx)

Journey Time: 5 hrs (approx)

Afternoon Sightseeing:

  • Dirang Dzong: Built at the beginning of `17th century to save the Bomdial area from Invaders it is a massive architectural fort.
  • Kalachakra Gompa: More than 500 years old studded with beautiful mosaic work this gompa is in Kalachakra village.

11th Day: Dirang – Nameri 

Distance Covered: 165 km (approx)

12th Day: Nameri – Guwahati

Distance Covered: 225 km (approx)

13th Day: Guwahati Sightseeing
  • Kamakhya Temple: It located on Nilachal Hill in the capital city of Guwahati. The Kamakhya Temple had been built in reverence to Goddess Kamakhya or Durga or Shakti.
  • Tirupati Balaji Temple: Situated in Guwahati this temple is a replica of the Original Tirupati Balaji Temple. This temple was Built-in 1998 on more than 2 acres of land.
  • Nabagraha Temple: Devoted to nine celestial bodies. This temple was built on Chitrachalhill hill to study  Hindu astronomy. It has nin Shivalingas
  • State Museum: Full name of this museum is the Assam State Museum earlier it was known as the Assam Provincial museum. This museum is in the center of Guwahati, founded in 1940. 
  • State Zoo & Botanical Garden: Spread in more than 432acre State Zoo and Botanical garden is most extensive in size of its kind in the entire northeast region.
  • Sukreshwar Temple: Situated in itakhuli hill on the south bank of the Brahmaputra river is an important Shiva temple of Guwahati.

14th Day: Guwahati Railway Station / Airport

Transfer to Guwahati Railway Station / Airport.

  • Any cancellation between 30 Days – 15 Days prior to arrival date: 50% of tour fare charge
  • Any cancellation between 15 Days – 10 Days prior to arrival date: 75% of tour fare charge
